From a Simple Idea to
a Growing Movement
Agrotech Plus was born in 2020 from a simple observation: Kenyan farmers were working harder than ever, yet struggling to find reliable markets for their produce. Meanwhile, processors and buyers couldn't find consistent, quality supply.
What started as a small pilot project connecting 50 tomato farmers in Kiambu to a Nairobi-based processor has grown into a movement. Today, we work with over 5,000 farmers across 12 counties, aggregating more than 10,000 tons of produce annually.
But our mission goes beyond market access. We believe that sustainable agriculture requires a holistic approach — from solar technology that reduces post-harvest losses, to training that empowers farmers with modern techniques, to insurance that protects their livelihoods.
